Experience
GPJ Exhibits: Fabrication Foreman (2009-2014)
Starting as a bench carpenter apprentice, working on display cabinets and physical experiential interactions, resulted in an eventual migration into the project environment of AutoCAD and CNC machining. Using both computer and physical prints, drawings, and renderings to complete parts and assembly schematics, this experience involved an understanding of crating, physical logistical limitations, design capabilities, and construction practices to produce high-end enclosures, cabinets, ceiling-suspended displays and even fabric graphic architecture. From bench carpenter, I left as a General Foreman in a supervisory role.

Relaunched the annual fundraiser Art of the South group show event, and printed several more newsprint issues before handing it off to a rebuilt and active board with a new Executive Director position.
American Baptist College: Mini-practicum (2023)
Working with solo Dr. Angel pridgen, librarian and archivist, at this small yet historically significant seminary, included organizational work on backlogged backrooms and closets, including artifacts, a/v material, and photographs dating to the 1940s. Re-housing in proper enclosures complemented work with the Smithsonian NMAAHC’s Community Archiving Workshops for both flat items and media.
